Back of House Team Member 

Wingbonz is looking for dependable, hardworking Back of House Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant team. For nearly 30 years, Wingbonz has been serving great food and creating a fun, energetic environment for both our customers and employees. We take pride in quality, teamwork, and providing an outstanding dining experience every day.

As a Back of House Team Member, you will help prepare food, maintain kitchen cleanliness, assist with cooking operations, and work together with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared quickly and accurately during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to Wingbonz recipes and standards

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

• Assist with prep work, stocking, and cleaning duties

• Work efficiently during high-volume meal periods

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front of house staff

• Help ensure every guest receives quality food in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Reliable transportation and punctuality

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed

• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not required

• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn

Front of House Team Member 

Wingbonz is looking for friendly, energetic Front of House Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant team. For nearly 30 years, Wingbonz has been serving great food and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere for our guests and employees alike. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service, teamwork, and creating a positive dining experience every day.

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking orders accurately, delivering food and beverages, maintaining a clean dining area, and helping create an enjoyable experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Deliver food and beverages promptly

• Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas

• Assist guests with menu questions and recommendations

• Work efficiently during busy meal periods

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and management staff
